Fraunhofer IPK Division Corporate Management 
Fraunhofer Society is Europe’s largest research organization for applied research (58 institutes, 15.000 researchers). The Division Corporate Management at Fraunhofer IPK works on the holistic view of organizations. For this aim, innovative concepts and methods for business process management, benchmarking, quality and knowledge management as well as software tools to support corporate planning and control tasks are developed and implemented in SMEs, large enterprises and non-profit organizations.

Scientific Coordinator: General coordination of research and development activities
Leads WP4: CADIC Services & Tools
Responsible for:
– CADIC Framework and CADIC Guideline
– Country Coach for Portugal (supported by UPC)
– Development of CADIC IC Benchmarking System
