CADIC RTD Performer

Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya(UPC)


Founded in 1971, the UPC is a public institution of higher education and research, specializing in the fields of architecture, science and engineering. UPC's Technology Transfer Center is a substantial R&D contributor to Catalonia's industrial sector.
UPC has about 38,000 students, of which 9,300 are from Masters (58) and Doctoral programs (47) in 10 campuses and regional schools. It has 4 Research institutes and 194 Research groups and centers. Currently, it is working in over 250 research areas and has more than 1800 agreements and research projects in progress


Role In CADIC

Leads WP1: CADIC Framework.
Major responsibility for:
– State of the Art on international cluster management, IC & Benchmark approaches and European SME requirements
– Development of CADIC offline services
– Support CADIC clusters’ building & development Spain/Portugal
