OFFLINE SERVICES (COMMUNICATION PLAN)
Blanca Martins (UPC) started the tools and services session with a presentation of the process of creating a cluster vision in the Spanish cluster. Based on these experiences, communication (internally and externally) appeared to be a decisive element of cluster success. Blanca then went on presenting the first draft of the cluster communication plan (CCP) which supports the cluster to set up a communication strategy, to define the target audience, to find out about communications channels and the messages the cluster wants to be communicated to the respective groups and stakeholders
