DISSEMINATION AND PHASE 1 EVALUATION PROCESS
Patrick Humphreys (LSE) presented the CADIC phase I evaluation process. He presented the purpose of the evaluation, which will focus on the currently implemented CADIC framework in the SME clusters in each CADIC core country and will provide evidence of “Pathways to value” opened up through cluster activities to date. For his purpose, he outlined a set of evaluation criteria which should be discussed and checked at the end of the first implementation phase by each cluster facilitation team in country workshops).
