CADIC FRAMEWORK PRESENTATION
Markus Will from Fraunhofer IPK started with a short presentation of the aims of the day as well as the CADIC timetable and the status of the project. Furthermore, he outlined once again the CADIC cluster facilitation concept and the different roles and responsibilities linked to it. He continued by giving some insights from empirical research on clusters and their main reasons for collaboration as well as typical success and failure issues.
Then Markus presented the first draft of the CADIC framework and explained the background and aims of the approach. Finally, he asked the country teams to reflect on the framework during the day in the country sessions and give feedback on its applicability; constraints and possible elaborations for the future RTD work
